Lors de votre participation au programme de visite, veuillez apporter vos documents d’identification personnels (original pour les invités vietnamiens, carte d’identité (photo claire, valable moins de 15 ans) ou passeport (valable plus d’un mois) ou autres documents selon la réglementation de Vietnam Airlines.
Pour les voyageurs vietnamiens et étrangers entrant dans le pays avec un visa séparé, veuillez apporter votre visa, votre déclaration en douane lors du voyage et votre passeport.
Doit fournir le nom exact selon la carte d’identité, le passeport, l’acte de naissance (pour les enfants de moins de 14 ans). Indiquez la date de naissance des enfants de moins de 12 ans.
A partir de 14 ans, vous devez voyager en avion avec votre carte d’identité.
Enfants de moins de 14 ans lors d’un voyage, veuillez apporter leur acte de naissance (original ou copie notariée) pour effectuer les démarches aériennes et autres démarches administratives. S’il n’est pas accompagné d’un parent, il doit y avoir une lettre d’autorisation des parents et une confirmation des autorités locales (quartier, commune).
Les billets d’avion sont émis immédiatement après votre paiement. Vous êtes responsable de tous les coûts et responsabilités si vous demandez une modification de l’itinéraire, de la date et de l’heure du vol, ou si vous disposez d’informations incorrectes conformément aux réglementations des compagnies aériennes. Vous devez être présent à l’aéroport 90 minutes avant le départ et apporter des bagages légers et pas trop volumineux (Vietjet Air n’inclut pas les bagages enregistrés)
Nous ne serons pas responsables si le transporteur et la sécurité aérienne refusent de transporter s’il y a des erreurs dans les informations ci-dessus.

NOTES WHEN TRAVELING BY PLANE AND JOINING THE TOUR
- When participating in the tour program, please bring your personal identification documents (original for Vietnamese guests, ID card (clear photo, valid for less than 15 years) or Passport (valid for more than 1 month) or other documents according to the regulations of Vietnam Airlines.
- For overseas Vietnamese and foreign guests entering the country with a separate visa, please bring your visa, customs declaration when traveling and passport.
- Must provide the exact name according to the ID card, passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old). Provide the date of birth of children under 12 years old.
- From 14 years old and up, you must travel by plane with your ID card.
- Children under 14 years old when traveling, please bring their Birth Certificate (original or notarized copy) to do the airline procedures and other administrative procedures. If not accompanied by a parent, there must be a letter of authorization from the parents and confirmation from the local authorities (ward, commune).
- Airline tickets are issued immediately after you pay. You are responsible for all costs and responsibilities if you request to change the itinerary, flight date and time, or have incorrect information according to the regulations of the airlines. You must be present at the airport 90 minutes before departure and should bring light, not too bulky luggage (Vietjet Air does not include checked baggage)
- We will not be responsible if the carrier and aviation security refuse to transport if there are errors in the above information.
- Some orders and details in the program may change to suit the objective situation (weather, traffic, etc.)

JOUR 1 : ARRIVÉE À PHU QUOC - COUCHER DU SOLEIL ET PÊCHE AU CALMAR DE NUIT (Dîner) Arrivée à l'aéroport de Phu Quoc, notre voiture (sans guide) vous emmènera à l'hôtel au centre de Duong Dong pour vous enregistrer et vous reposer. 16h45 - 17h00 : Prise en charge dans le hall de votre hôtel situé dans le centre de la ville de Duong Dong (du marché nocturne de Phu Quoc, le long de la rue Tran Hung Dao jusqu'à Eden Resort). En cas de prise en charge et de dépôt dans d'autres zones, des frais supplémentaires peuvent être appliqués. Arrivez au port – montez à bord du bateau Profitez du coucher de soleil à bord Expérimentez la pêche au calmar de nuit Notre équipage se fera un plaisir de cuisiner vos prises Profitez du dîner à bord 21h00 : Retour à votre hôtel Remarque : pendant la saison des pluies (de mai à novembre), le bateau partira de Sao Beach ou d'An Thoi (pas de vue sur le coucher du soleil). DAY 1: PHU QUOC ARRIVAL - SUNSET & NIGHT SQUID FISHING (Dinner) Arrive at Phu Quoc airport, our car (no guide) will take you to the hotel in the center of Duong Dong to check in and rest. 16:45 - 17:00: Pick up at the lobby of your hotel in the center of Duong Dong town (from Phu Quoc night market, along Tran Hung Dao Street to Eden Resort). If pick up and drop off in other areas, an extra fee can be applied. Arrive the harbor – get on the boat Enjoy sunset on board Experience night squid fishing Our crew is happy to cook your catch Enjoy dinner on board 21:00: Return to your hotel Note: In the rainy season (from May – November) the boat will depart from Sao Beach or An Thoi (Not view sunset)

JOUR 2 : 4 ÎLES EN TÉLÉPHÉRIQUE AVEC SPEEDBOAT (Petit-déjeuner/Déjeuner) Matin : Vous prendrez le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel. 8h15 - 08h30 : Prise en charge dans le hall de votre hôtel dans le centre de la ville de Duong Dong (du marché nocturne de Phu Quoc, le long de la rue Tran Hung Dao jusqu'à Eden Resort). En cas de prise en charge et de dépôt dans d'autres zones, des frais supplémentaires peuvent être appliqués. Arrivée au port - embarquez sur un hors-bord Visitez 4 îles au sud Île Xuong (ou île Buom) : plongez dans l'eau claire pour faire de la plongée en apnée et observer les coraux et la vie aquatique Île Gam Ghi : plongée en apnée sur la barrière de corail May Rut Island : lagon de sable blanc – chillout unique Déjeuner sur l'île Seawalker (à payer par vous-même) : un nouveau type de service, promenade sous l'océan, il y a des troupeaux de poissons qui nagent et les récifs coralliens colorés de Phu Quoc Le hors-bord arrive sur Thom Island : profitez du parc aquatique – plus de 20 jeux modernes des plus grands fabricants mondiaux. En cas de prise en charge et de dépôt dans d'autres zones, des frais supplémentaires peuvent être appliqués. Bee Farm – Production de miel local et possibilité de dégustation de miel Rivière Cua Can : faire du kayak et observer la vie fluviale locale Parc National : passage par la forêt Village de Rach Vem : profitez d'un déjeuner (si vous réservez une visite avec déjeuner) et d'une baignade à Starfish Beach Plage de Ganh Dau : point de vue touristique au Cambodge Sur le chemin du retour - ceux qui souhaitent être déposés ou s'arrêter au Grand World Entertainment Theme Center. (Veuillez en informer notre guide) – Billet d’entrée à payer vous-même. JOUR 4 : ENVOL (Petit-déjeuner) Petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel. 10h30 : Départ du groupe, notre voiture privée (sans guide) viendra vous chercher à votre hébergement jusqu'à l'aéroport à l'heure convenue. Il est temps de vous dire adieu et de commencer votre voyage de retour vers votre maison bien-aimée et de vous revoir. DAY 4: FLYING OFF (Breakfast) Breakfast at the hotel. 10:30: The group checks out, our private car (no guide) will pick you up from your accommodation to the airport at the prearranged time. It’s time to say farewell and start your journey back to your beloved home and see you again.
